Which certificates/exams are recognised is listed in the overview "Language requirements" or can be found on the webpage of the Department of Student Affairs.

Applicants from abroad

On the pages of the International Office, applicants from abroad will find information about specific requirements.

Application

Please apply online. You can find all links and information regarding the online application portal on the pages of the Department of Student Affairs (HSST).

It is of utmost importance to meet the general application deadlines of THWS, even if not all required documents are currently present. Applications received after the deadline will unfortunately not be considered!

Admission to studies is subject to the condition that the degree certificate containing the required degree grade is presented as proof within one semester after the start of studies.

Alternatively, a certificate of final pass with the final admission-relevant data is also sufficient. The confirmation must contain date, stamp, and signature of the issuing higher education institution. It is to be presented as an original or as certified copy at the dates mentioned.

In the case of a German Diplom degree or proof of a qualification recognized as being of equivalent value, ECTS credit points can be transferred into the master’s programme.
