Programme advice
Programme advice covers advice for students for the whole duration of their programme. This includes advice on study options and study techniques in the field, selection and taking of courses, monitoring results of studies, questions regarding the change of degree programmes and transfer to another university, job-oriented design of your course of study, preparation for exams, degrees, options for postgraduate studies and complementary studies, as well as options for accreditation of credits.

Programme director
Programme directors are responsible for the organisation, coordination and implementation of the teaching programme within a degree programme. They represent the degree programme before the dean of the faculty and the university management, as well as externally, for example, before industry partners or at official events. Moreover, they are the first points of contact for companies and foreign higher education institutions.

Department of Student Affairs
The Department of Student Affairs (HSST) is the perfect port of call for all questions related to enrolment, re-enrolment, leaves of absence, examination regulations, confirmations (periods of study, student cards, etc.), but also for internship matters.
