5 years cooperation with the RV College of Engineering in Bangalore/India

In order to obtain a university entrance qualification in Germany, students from Indian need to proof a successfully completed academic year. For 5 years now, RV College Bangalore/India has been preparing students specifically for the requirements of studying at the FHWS Schweinfurt. In a small ceremony in Bangalore the 5-year cooperation was celebrated.

So far, 60 Indian students have been prepared at RV College for studying at the FHWS, another 24 students will come to Schweinfurt in autumn. The cooperation started with the study courses of the Faculty of Business and Engineering, meanwhile RV College is also laying the foundations for the FHWS degree programmes Mechatronics and Robotics. There is a lively exchange of lecturers: 10 FHWS professors have already been to RV College and 4 professors have been to the FHWS for return visits, including teaching during the FWI International Teaching Week. Further cooperation projects are already planned. RV College is one of the leading technology institutions in India.
