10 years of TWIN at the Faculty of Business and Engineering
We are celebrating our 10-years TWIN anniversary!
The Faculty of Business and Engineering invites everyone interested to the "10 Years of TWIN" celebration at THWS in Schweinfurt. The celebration will take place on Friday, 25 October 2024, on Campus Ledward from 14:00 to 23:00.
The event is free of charge.

Win a job shadowing/mentoring opportunity in our campus quiz on 25 October 2024!
Terms of participation:
Event: The campus quiz will take place on 25 October 2024 at Campus Ledward at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
Participation: All visitors are cordially invited to participate in the quiz.
Prize: The main prize is an exclusive job shadowing/mentoring opportunity, offering the winners unique insights into the professional world and personal guidance from experienced professionals.
Quiz format: The quiz consists of various questions on topics related to the event and general knowledge.
Registration: Registration for the campus quiz will take place on-site on the day of the event. Please arrive in good time to secure a spot.
Winner determination: The person with the most correct answers wins. In the event of multiple winners, a draw will be held.
Announcement: The winners of the campus quiz will be announced at 19:00 and will receive further information regarding the job shadowing/mentoring opportunity.
Conditions of participation: Participation in the quiz is free of charge. By participating in the quiz, participants agree to the terms and conditions.

International kitchen
The international kitchen at THWS is an exciting event included in the 10-year TWIN celebrations. For this, teams of students prepare culinary delights from all around the world. For only a small price per serving, you can eat your way through different cultures and cuisines to experience the diversity of our international community.
We are looking for YOU!
Do you want to contribute? Then start your own team and share your favourite recipes! There is a budget for you to buy the ingredients needed to prepare your dishes. More details will be published shortly.

Study abroad info session
We cordially invite you to join our study abroad info session! In this event, you will get all information relevant for spending a semester abroad.
The info session starts with a 30-minute presentation covering the framework conditions and funding options for your semester abroad. You receive valuable information on financial support and scholarships that could help you realise your dream of studying abroad.
Subsequently, there will be a "marketplace", during which you can exchange with students who have already been abroad. There you can listen to their experiences and receive useful tips for your own semester abroad.
We have also invited the supervisors for the individual partner universities to offer exclusive advice and to answer your questions.
Seize this opportunity to get thoroughly informed and take the first steps towards a memorable semester abroad!

Which specialisation is best for me?
We cordially invite all students facing the choice of specialisation after their third semester.
In this information event, you will get a complete overview of the various specialisations we offer. In this short presentation, we present you with different options and explain which specialisations and career options they entail.
After the presentation, you will have the opportunity to talk to the programme directors and professors in a relaxed atmosphere. Use this chance to get answers to your questions and to receive tailored advice. That way, you can find out what specialisation best matches your interests and professional objectives.

After the international kitchen and the quiz prize ceremony, we will start our amazing party at 19:00 during which our DJ will guarantee the perfect party sounds. Look forward to a relaxed atmosphere and dance to the best beats of the night!
All drinks are offered at cost prize. We have a separate bar for cocktails and other tasty drinks.
